Adding in light mobility work - the new bodybuilding training I’m getting overly sore and stiff which is affecting my weekend strips. This is a clear sign the if nothing is done (reducing the tension) injury is around the corner for me. I’m starting with 10-20 minutes of light stretching and foam rolling a day.

Guzman and Gomez are one of my Fav fast food joints to visit on a night out - I always order a burrito with extra chicken or Nacho Fries w added chicken (below).

Yesterday I registered for chiropractic study. So, isn’t that the sky is limit ? Or maybe even not a sky. Universe is endless so there is no limit.
Is there certain types of food that are off the list when losing weight and toning? The food part is the hardest part for me to figure out. Do u have a system to figure it out? Any help u can give would be greatly appreciated!
